X 2nd Orange Motto - OM2nd

A hard to find European waterlily!  For years I've called this poor unfortunate dahlia "Not Mrs. Eileen".  Because that's what I bought, and it's NOT.  Finally, I have ID'd the happy bloom, and it's Motto!!   In all that time, mislabeled, and misunderstood, she's never waivered in her sunny orange disposition.  Sometimes she's happy and bright, sometimes mellow and pastel, but always glowing.   6-7 inch flower on a 3 foot plant.
