Shipping policy

By Design Dahlias is only licensed by the State of NH to sell plant material to New England and New York.  Sorry for any inconvenience.

Tubers and supplies will be shipped in order received, according to the planting time in your area.  Southern New England states, and NY will receive their tubers in early-mid May.  Northern New England states, and upstate NY will receive their tubers mid-late May.  If you would like your tubers earlier, please send request via email.  No tubers will be sent before April 20th.
